There are so many shades of chocolate and I love them all. When I went with my daughter and her family to Hershey, they made sure we attended a chocolate tasting. The little shot glasses full of the silky dark liquid were arranged from lightest to darkest chocolate. I was swooning by the time I finished because believe me, I did not leave a drop. No flavors were rejected. My son-in-law leans to the healthier side of eating. I think he got the vapors watching me guzzle my shots!
